Job Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of on-the-job training

Experience: 1-2 years of bank/loan servicing preferred

Maintain professional contact with customers and other related parties as needed throughout the life of a loan

Follow the Loan policy and procedures, ensuring that all pertinent documents have been signed

Monitor and maintain assigned lending documents pertaining to the position

Onboard loan files into system

Maintenance of loan files

Maintain Escrow for Property Taxes and Insurance

Maintain and/or Releasing Collateral held for loans

Reporting of SBA, FHLB and Secondary Market Loans

Handling the Draw Requests for Lines of Credit and Construction loans

Provide support for loan file maintence and post-closing responsibilities

Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication

Represent and promote the Company within the community
