A wide variety of tasks, from processing transactions, answering phones, opening/closing accounts, reporting, and assisting with online banking offers a unique situation to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
Average computer skills and ability to operate other general office equipment
Knowledge in Microsoft 365 - daily use of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Maintain a professional and gracious manner when assisting customers
Maintain accuracy and proficiency when dealing with our customers and their banking needs
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication
