Our Customers Service Representatives assist out customers with their banking needs in a positive, friendly manner.  A wide variety of tasks from processing transactions, answering phones to helping with their online banking offer unique situation to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Job Requirements

Maintain a professional and gracious manner when assisting customers..   

Maintain accuracy and proficiency dealing with our customers and their banking needs.

Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication.

Represent and promote the Company within the community through participation in bank-sponsored events, philanthropic opportunities, and civic events.

Education: Completion of on-the-job training, previous training is beneficial.

Experience: 1 year of banking (preferred), 1 year of customer services (preferred)
