Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives assist our customer with their banking needs in a positive, friendly manner. A wide variety of tasks from processing transactions, answering phones, to helping with online banking offer a unique situation to provide exceptional service to our customers.

At Waldo State Bank we are looking for detail and goal oriented, accountable individuals looking to grow their careers in our positive and supportive work environment.

Job Requirements

Maintain a professional and gracious manner when assisting customers.

Maintain accuracy and proficiency dealing with our customers and their banking needs.

Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication.

Represent and promote the company within the community through participation in bank-sponsored events, philanthropic opportunities, and civic events.

Education: Completion of on-the-job training, previous training is beneficial.

Experience: 1 year  of banking (preferred), 1 year of customer service (preferred)
