Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of on-the-job training
Experience: 1-2 years of banking/loan processing preferred
Work directly with Loan Officers to process loans in the lending pipeline
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, TILA, TRID & other relevant guidelines
Coordinate with title companies & insurance agencies to obtain necessary closing documentation
Prepare application documents & closing documents to be signed in-person or electronically
Follow the TRID policy and procedures, ensuring that all pertinent documents have been signed
Responsible for timing and re-disclosing any documents deemed necessary according to the TRID calendar
Order title work, flood certs, payoffs & appraisals
Assist loan servicing specialists with customer phone calls, Construction & Line of Credit Draws & phone payments as needed
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication
Adhere to all standards, serving as an example to other team members, as well as to our customers
Represent and promote the Company within the community through participation in bank sponsored events, philanthropic opportunities and civic events
