Bacon 'n Cheese Crackers

Ingredients - Make as many as you'd like, no quantities provided!

  • Club Crackers
  • Brick of desired Italian Hard Cheese - Sliced to the size of the cracker
  • Bacon - Raw, Cut to the size of the cracker
  • Brown Sugar to sprinkle on top
  • Hot Pepper Flakes - optional

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300°
  • Line pan with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup
  • Place club crackers on the pan
  • Top each cracker with a thin slice of the cheese, a piece of bacon, and a sprinkle of brown sugar
  • You can also add a sprinkle of hot pepper flakes for an extra zip of flavor

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. If you want the bacon a little crispier, broil for a few minutes. 

Serve hot or cold - either way they are delicious!
