Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 3/4 c Greek Yogurt Plain
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 t Honey
- 1/2 t Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- 2 c Grapes - Red or Green or Combo - sliced
- 1/2 c Craisins (dried cranberries) - roughly chopped
- 5 c Chicken - cooked and shredded (Rotisserie works great and no need to heat your home!)
- 1 c Green Onions - chopped
- 1 1/2 c Pecans - toasted and chopped
Assemble
- Toast the Pecans - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pecans in single layer on parchment on pan. Bake 5-10 minutes, until color darkens. Let cool
- Sauce - Whisk Greek Yogurt, Mayo, Vinegar, Honey S&P
- Mix Grapes, Craisins, Chicken, Green Onions, Pecans
- Pour sauce over and combine
Serve well chilled. Lasts 3 - 5 days in the fridge.
