O'live 4U - July Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 7 ounce jar green olives (stuffing of your choice, I used the pimento stuffed small olives) divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ t garlic salt
- ½ c chopped walnuts
- Toothpicks
To Assemble
- Whip cream cheese, garlic salt and 2T of olive brine until combined and creamy
- Pat olives dry
- Wrap olives with cream cheese mixture until covered
- Roll in chopped nuts
- Spear with toothpick and plate
Chill in Fridge until firm.
