O'live 4U - July Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 7 ounce jar green olives (stuffing of your choice, I used the pimento stuffed small olives) divided
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ t garlic salt
  • ½ c chopped walnuts
  • Toothpicks

To Assemble

  • Whip cream cheese, garlic salt and 2T of olive brine until combined and creamy
  • Pat olives dry
  • Wrap olives with cream cheese mixture until covered
  • Roll in chopped nuts
  • Spear with toothpick and plate

Chill in Fridge until firm.

Enjoy!
