WSB Announces Promotions
At the annual shareholder’s meeting Chairman Ronald Damp announced the promotion of Thomas A. Reil - Chief Executive Officer, Brian Passehl – President and Sherry Gallagher - Executive Vice President.
Tom has been with the bank for the past 25 years and serving as President for the past 20 years. Under his leadership the bank has grown from 20 million in assets to over 125 million. As CEO he will be actively involved in advising management and the strategic development of the bank. He will also serve as a member of the board of directors.
Brian joined the bank in 2022 as Vice President of Lending. He has 30 years of experience in the banking and insurance industry. As president, Brian will oversee the management of the team and overall operations of the bank. His passion for people and the community has prepared him for the transition to his new role.
Sherry has been with Waldo State Bank since 2008. She has held numerous positions throughout the bank. As Executive Vice President, she will be an active member of the Executive Management Team and will manage the accounting and financial report for the bank.
