Holiday Ham Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Pie Crust of choice
  • 1 c Ham – Cooked and Cubed
  • 2 c Swiss Cheese – Shredded
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3/4 c Half & Half
  • 1 c Broccoli – finely chopped
  • 1/2 c Red Pepper – finely chopped
  • 4 Green Onions – finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Sweet Pepper Relish of choice for topping - Optional

Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Place pie crust in pie pan
  • Whisk eggs and half & half
  • Add and mix ham, cheese, broccoli, red pepper, green onions, salt and pepper
  • Place in pie pan
  • Bake 35 - 40 minutes until knife comes out clean
