Chicken & Green Chili Dip
Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz blocks Cream Cheese – room temp
- 2 - 12.5 oz cans of Chicken Chunks – drained
- 2 – 4 oz cans of mild chopped Gren Chilis – drained
- 4 oz of canned / jar Jalapenos – chopped / drained Hot or mild depending your spice level
- Chips of choice
Mix thoroughly and place in crockpot – warm.
I used a mixer and whipped the cream cheese and then folded in the remaining ingredients.
Serve with chips of choice.
